Samosa is an Indian/Nepali deep fried spicy snack usually served with tea. A samosa, or samoosa, is a fried or baked dish with a savoury filling, such as spiced potatoes, onions, peas, lentils, macaroni, noodles or minced meat. Pine nuts can also be added. Here are the necessary ingredients to make samosa: for samosa sheets: all-purpose flour, ajwain, salt, butter, water and for the stuffing: chopped and boiled potato, green peas, nuts, mild chillies, coriander, salt, red chilli powder, chat masala, lemon juice, oil, butter, ground cumin, coriander seed, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder. Now, let’s begin. Take a bowl adding chopped potato. Then add green pea, chopped onions, nuts, mild chilies, coriander, salt, chilli powder, chart masala lemon juice. Heat small pan in and ground cumin and coriander seeds and stir it then add ginger and garlic paste and also turmeric powder. Pour it in the mixture of potato and mash it well. In another bowl add flour, carom seed, butter and knead it well. Now take come piece of dough and roll it in rectangle shape and cut into 2 pieces and make samosa as shown in the video by filling the seasoning. And fry it in hot oil till it get brown in colour.
