Kulman Ghising, managing director of Nepal Electricity Authority, received a hero’s welcome when he visited his village in Ramechhap district on Sunday.Ghising, who ended load shedding in Kathmandu and Pokhara after helming the NEA, was invited to his village, Duhu, as a chief guest at a function organised by his alma mater, Duhu Secondary School.The villagers heaped praises on Ghising and felicitated him for his work. Ghising said he still had a responsibility of providing electricity to the people who are still living in dark. (PR)
