The pair met in 2003 at Saint Peter’s University in Jersey City, New Jersey, they were instantly smitten. “We were introduced to each other by a mutual friend and it was love at first sight for me. He was the most interesting person I had ever met, he was very mature and intelligent,” Vanessa, 31, told News Dog Media on Tuesday, July 26.Turns out he didn’t have to. Though Vanesa, an automotive engineer, initially couldn’t stomach the idea of her husband with Hazel and Lady, over time she fell in love with them too.
“When I told Paulie that I wanted to be in a relationship with him and Hazel and Lady, he cried tears of joy,” Vanessa revealed to News Dog Media. “It was like we had finally found our happiness together. Every day is like an amazing sleepover with my husband and my favorite girlfriends. It’s an adventure.”That has included adding to the family. While Paulie and Vanessa are already the parents of an 11-year-old son and a 9-year-old daughter, he and Lady welcomed a baby boy two months ago.
