Even after completion of 25 days, the real smuggler of 33kg gold has not been revealed. If we say the police have not been effective in their duty, it will not be injustice. Lastly, when the Finance Minister revealed that he is the small fish and there were several other big fish in gold smuggling; he was brought in the dispute. Twenty-five days have been completed after the thirty-three kilogram of gold smuggled from UAE (United Arab Emirate) to Nepal. However, the real owner of the gold has been like the story till now. It means we can say police has not been successful in the operation of gold case. Therefore, such smuggling is flourishing in Nepali land. Such increasing incidents has given not only the security threat; but has also made the strong web of smuggling. On the other hand there was even the rumour that there was the involvement of Finance Minister Mohora in the gold smuggling case. But some days ago, in Pokhara, Finance Minister Mohora said there is involvement of several big fish in this gold smuggling but his is only the small fish. “You might have listened to about the smuggling of gold. Even my name is included in gold smuggling. I don’t want to tell the entire gold smuggling now. We were hanging in small and big fish. There are several very big fish. It takes time to revel them out. We are very small fish,” said Finance Minister Mohora.
